The design of the plant also facilitates 100% usage of the fly ash produced and zero discharge of water making it environmentally most sustainable plant. Sai Wardha is a 540 MW coal-based thermal power project strategically located at Warora Growth Center, Chandrapur District in Maharashtra. The plant is strategically located in one of the most industrial state of the country, strong power demand & close proximity to the raw-material source. The project comprises of four units of 135 MW each. The project has secured coal linkage, power evacuation, water supply and rail connectivity with Indian Railways network. The project achieved COD in July 2011.

Vikas Gupta,
Vikas possess more than fifteen year of experience in leadership role in power sector. He bring with him the expertise in strategic planning and execution, raising funds, operations and financial management.
Vikas combines practicality and pragmatism to develop, execute and deliver business plans in a highly dynamic business environment.
Vikas is a Commerce graduate and fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
Director
Upendar Reddy,
Upendar is an Investment Manager at iLabs Group (President & Chief Investment Officer). He holds MBA Degree with specialization in finance from Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode, Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science Engineering from JNTU – Hyderabad and FRM Certification from Global Association of Risk Professional.
Upendar has over 16 years of experience in project and structured finance in addition to 2 years of IT experience. He has executed transactions across sectors including Power (Renewable & Non- renewable), Roads, Manufacturing, Cement, Real estate, Ports, etc.
Prior to iLabs Group, Upendar was working as Vice President with Edelweiss Financial Services handling the wholesale and structured lending business. He also worked as Assistant Vice President with IL&FS Financial Services and Senior Manager with L&T Infrastructure Finance in the Project Finance Team.

Akila Raju Chintalapati
Akila possess more than one-decade experience of working in legal and regulatory matters with leading law firms and Corporates. She is passionate about utilizing her skills to further social causes.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Law from New York University School of Law, N.Y..
Plant Head
B Subrahmanya Prasad,
Prasad is having around 40 years of experience in operating and maintenance of power plants. He has expertise in developing systems and defining SOPs and SMPs for Operations and Maintenance for smooth running of the power plant.
Prasad holds Graduation in Electronics and Communication Engineering from JNTU, Kakinada, AP. and Post-Graduation in Finance in 1992 from Osmania University to go with his considerable experience.
